What can you find on a player’s profile?

Each player has a detailed public profile — it’s more than just a score. You’ll find:

Current ranking positions (monthly and all-time)

Completed rankings, including results, points, and placement

A full game history, including:

puzzle number

difficulty level

score earned

time to solve

and the exact date the puzzle was completed

It’s like a personal Sudoku résumé — a record of growth, effort, and curiosity.

Player Stats & Visual Progress Charts

Each profile also includes interactive charts that show how the player’s activity and performance have evolved over time. These charts are a fun way to track progress and discover personal trends — but they also let you take a peek at how others are playing.

Chart 1: Ranking Games and Points Over Time

This chart displays three important values:

Blue line (Classic ranking games) – the number of classic ranked Sudoku games completed each month. This gives you a sense of how regularly the player was active in classic mode. Spikes suggest bursts of activity; dips might mean breaks or off-seasons.

Red line (Samurai ranking games) – the number of ranked Samurai Sudoku puzzles completed per month. Since Samurai puzzles are larger and more complex, even a few games per month are impressive.

Orange line (Points) – the total number of ranking points earned each month. A steady rise in this line usually means strong performance — perhaps solving more difficult puzzles or just having a solid streak.

How to read it:

This chart is a great way to track a player’s rhythm and momentum — whether your own or someone else’s.

Compare game activity to points earned. A lot of games with fewer points might mean easier puzzles or some unfinished games. Fewer games with lots of points? That player is taking on the tough stuff.

You can follow your own stats or get inspired by the activity of top-ranking players. Spot their most successful months, patterns in their play, or even plan your own comeback based on their strategies.

Chart 2: Average Solving Time

The second chart shows how long, on average, it takes the player to complete a puzzle — separated by puzzle type:

Blue line (Classic game average time) – average solving time for classic 9x9 puzzles. Around 900–1,300 seconds (15–22 minutes) is typical, but players may vary based on experience and puzzle difficulty.

Red line (Samurai game average time) – average time for Samurai Sudoku, which are much more complex. Average values often range between 2,000 and 3,000 seconds (30–50 minutes).

Why it matters:

These values show not just how fast a player is, but also their approach. Some prefer fast, efficient solving. Others enjoy taking their time — especially with harder puzzles.

You can monitor your own progress over time (Are you getting faster?) or compare with others (Who’s breezing through Samurai puzzles in record time?).

It’s a relaxed way to reflect on your playstyle, see how others play, and maybe challenge yourself to try new things.

Numbers, charts, and puzzles — all for fun

These charts aren’t about judgment — they’re about celebrating progress and discovering patterns in gameplay. Maybe your best months are in the winter. Maybe you solve Samurai faster on weekends.

And if you’re checking out someone else’s profile, maybe you’re aiming to reach their point level or match their streak.

Sign up, explore player profiles, get inspired by the best, and most of all — enjoy your Sudoku journey.
